Since this is cab car 2302, this is the third set to be delivered, and already in service. I also notice no small black "SIIX" label below the white VIA numbers - presumably that means that VIA has taken actual delivery of this Siemens set, and that it now longer belongs to Siemens, as the black numerals on 2300 and 2301 indicated.
