That crewman talking to the young lady looks a little like Rich Melvin but could be anyone. I'm also reminded of an article published many years ago, maybe in "Trains" magazine, about how the Southern crew had reworked the front end. The author said they "added some deep South charm" to the C&O's "First Families of Virginia" face.
