What a photograph! Surprised they are using a GP38-2 on the hauler unless it's coming from another local area to go back to Colton for service?

UP 709 has been in use on the Huntington Beach local of late, but I am unsure if UP 709 will be heading to West Colton for servicing, or has just come back from West Colton after servicing. (The power for locals in the southern California are routinely sent to West Colton Yard for servicing on a regular basis.)
