WOW! First I have ever seen or heard of this damage. Wonder what caused this mess and who paid to fix it? I have seen photos of it running. Is it still usable

I didn’t know what the cause of the damage was at the time I took the photo. According to other sources, apparently it slipped off its sling while it was being unloaded here in the USA.
