Yep, one engine. Dispatch had been trying to find a passing train that could drop a west facing engine for this load of baretables...Finally one was able to do so. The horn situation was nothing new - it was the reason that it wasn't the leader of the train it had been on, but someone didn't get the memo. Perhaps even worse, there was another train that had to follow them all the way to Sandusky - it couldn't pass due to eastbound traffic.

Just imagine what a fiasco something like this would become if that idiot EHH's dream of single-tracking the former Water Level Route had come to pass!
