Looks like this has received a good scrubbing since its days in Pennsylvania (photo 688760)! Didn't think any of these lovely oddballs would ever return to service - glad to see this one might be. If they're keeping the same theme as their GP40-2WL (photo 718591), this one could look pretty sharp in tiger stripes!
