Not a big fan of CP, so I am wondering why some 8876 is wearing a CNJ inspired "Red Baron" scheme?

AJ - I honestly do not know if it is a inspired CNJ Red Baron, but this used to be an ES44 with the 2010 Olympics logo stamped on it. They took the decal off after, because it really had no purpose after the Olympics.
