Will the locomotives be sold to other railroads? Sad to see a popular street running railroad is seizing operations just to rebuild the roads, and rails. No point in doing it just for new stuff.

Phantom Rail fan you do realize that the South shore line has over 90 miles of track. They are in no way a struggling railroad. They are just putting in a new row because of an increase of ridership.
