Notice the vertical lines on the welded rail. Since the SIR is no longer connected to the national railroad network, they can't bring welded rail in on a train in 1/4 mile strands like they would elsewhere. So prefab panel track was assembled and shipped to the SIR, I'm sorry to say, by truck. They used the SIR's little Burro crane to place the panel tracks, and the sections were then welded together to make the rail "continuous welded rail."
