65000 were 20 engines built by Alsthom, CAFL and SACM at the end of the 50's. They were used for passengers trains and then freight mainly in the west between Nantes-La Rochelle and Bordeaux. They ceased their service at the SNCF in the late 1980s. Here, 65005 in Agrivap livery had a second career in Massif Central used for local freight trains. It was unused since 2013. The train joins Saintes and then later the tourist line of "Le Train des Mouettes" where after restoration we hope it will have a new life !
