The D&SNGR is building up quite a diverse little fleet of narrow-gauge diesels. I am very curious to see how these end up looking when they are fully assembled...

In talking with staff there, one of them mentioned the issue was with the fuel tanks not having proper clearance once the trucks were installed.

Guess they didn't see fit to have dynamic brakes retained as part of the rebuild. If these were indeed anything former Tri-Rail, they were equipped with dynamics.

Next we’ll see a K36 with a huge motor in the firebox and a shaft running to screw gear over the main driver, all powered by a engine-generator set in the tender. Yuck, yuck and double yuck!
