Reminds me a lot of Argentina; the old government railway used similar red/yellow liveries and had similar Alco export models.

Well it’s diesel, a profanation of course, but it could be worse, for instance some blob like the pupa of an insect, or a brick, or a nematode. No, those are on standard gauge passenger railroads.
