It's BLM land where you are at. The last time I was there in March there were not any "No Trespassing" signs in the area. The BNSF has been adding signs east of Highway 97 over the years.

Indecline, it wasn't for trespassing they thought my buddy and I, with our scanner and cameras, were putting stuff on the rails for some reason. I assumed the land here went to the county or BLM or something since that's what happens with most abandoned railroad grades
