Somebody forgot to repaint the roof! Maybe it's a different union, like in the public schools where I grew up where the walls were painted one color midway up the wall, then a different color which had to be painted by a separate union.
Somebody still needs to have at that tunnel portal and retaining wall with a case of gray spray paint.
