E08's pilot stripes bring to mind a necktie I had a couple decades ago. Also, the dissimilar pilot stripes and hood end stripes are a detail to note. And yet another detail to note being the overpass' riveted metal construction with round edges.

Why would you dieselize something that runs on a 3rd rail system? I could understand if the were converting it to a Battery hybrid, but not diesel.
