I wonder why the Chief is running with the baggage car in the rear all of a sudden? I thought it was just late arriving equipment when I was parked at the Flying J truckstop in Flagstaff for the night a few weeks ago, until I saw both Chiefs pass within minutes of each other and they both, along with every time since, have been running with the baggage car on the rear.
