Posted by Ken Schwartz on September 21, 2021  I visit the Loop every time I come to Bakersfield on business. I am a Big Fan of Tehachapi Loop photos. I personally think this is the Best Overall Photo of the Loop taken in a long time. Great Job Mark MacDougall.
