Interestingly, above a cabin pressure altitude of 14,000 ft., aircraft pilots must use supplemental oxygen at all times. Above a cabin pressure altitude of 15,000 ft., all occupants of an aircraft must be provided with supplemental oxygen. It's not often that you find a train ride that can take you into a "caution zone" like that!
