Are all or only some of the car bodies intended for Caltrain manufactured in Switzerland? Or are only end cars manufactured here? I seem to remember that body shells are also produced in Utah.
What are the reasons for the delays in infrastructure? Which parts are not ready?

As far as I now, all bodyshell are prduced in Switzerland (Altenrhein plant). The electrification project is delayed but has nothing to do with the delivery of the trains.
