It's a BBQ restaurant now. They never seem to be open when I drive by, so I can't provide a review. The various local press has given them good reviews however.

This equipment has been refurbished and is a restaurant named: "SmokeRidge BBQ" and their website is: https://smokeridgebbq.com with full menu and hours of business. Go on Google Maps and type in the location: 11027 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA and it will pull up information about this place as well. They also have a LOT of photos of this location on the "Menu" for Google Maps and if you click on the arrow indicator on the map, that will open up the ability to view all the photos. It seems that reviews are mostly "5 Stars" and people rave about the quality of the food. Check it out for yourselves, I wish I could get out there and visit this place, but I live on the East Coast.
