Two thoughts... 1: Oh yeah, I was just noticing yesterday that Atlas N scale had the GP38, GP40, GP38-2, GP39-2, GP40-2, not the GP39. That absence is hard to notice, and you point out why they haven't yet bothered with the missing model. 2: The ASAB paint scheme depends on a red frame stripe just as much as UP does.
