William - interesting choice for starting the description for this photo, and I wonder how many of the younger RP.net members/viewers will understand the reference? I also don't think that REO Speedwagon (another reference many younger folks won't know) had this image or season in mind when they penned those lyrics... though you do clarify that in your information. Nice photo, I was hoping there might be some lightning in the sky though... if that had been captured, you might have referenced "Colorado Rocky Mountain High, I've seen it raining fire in the sky...!" (Though that would refer to watching a meteor shower over the Rocky Mountains - but lightning is also considered fire in the sky!). Beautiful photo, and nice that you had this interesting perspective and vantage point.
