It is a Caprice, not an Impala.

If I'm not mistaken, that building is still there, isn't it? At least it was last time I was in Streator.

I am pretty old, so when I think 'full-size Chevy', I think 'Impala'. We have three votes that I was wrong, one saying it is a Bonneville, two saying Caprice. I dunno.

I'm a year late but I'll chime in on the car in Mr. Harris' defence. He is partially correct as the Caprice was built on the Impala platform. Introduced in mid-1965 with the Impala name plate as the top quality version of the full size Chevrolet car, the Caprice first received its own name plate in 1966. I think the Impala name was becoming quite rare by this era because people buying full size cars wanted all the bells and the Impala would be a step down from that. And I'd say this is a Chevy since the emblem on the center of the hub caps, though a bit blurred, look to be the Chevy Emblem. The Bonneville by this time I think was pretty much the identical car with the Pontiac name. Kind of a shame GM didn't keep their multiple line of makes separate and unique. As we all know, producing the different makes all pretty much the same led to the end of Oldsmobile and Pontiac.
