Now who hasn't had this happen with their model railroad? NS was asking for trouble by making 21G a 15000 foot long train. So much for Precision!

The past couple days have been brutally hot and may have deformed the rails. Has a reason been found as to what caused this derailment?

As of today, June 9, the local paper named Altoona Mirror, https://www.altoonamirror.com/news/local-news/2021/06/ns-crews-clear-train-derailment/, says, "... The cause of the derailment is under investigation. Mirror Staff Writer Ike Fredregill"

Has all the appearances of a stringline incident - as most of the derailed cars are turned over to the inside of the curve.
