Very interesting an a great photo Jorge. Sure wish I was taking a little adventure on this line. Thanks for sharing this little gem with us. I dont know why but a cool slice of Watermelon with seeds sounds just perfect right bout now. Maybe the outlaw Josey Wales is aboard having some home maid pie an wondering why the gold payroll isnt on this train like it was supposed to be. Yea, their he is. I saw him standing tall leaning on the wall gazing at the expanse of it all. Well anyway Happy Memorial Day America To them who gave all.

Love the nod to "Mr. Wilson" and I can hear a "I reckon so" from the side of that square-ish structure on the right. The narrow gauge is really slim, compared to the broader gauge in the foreground. Reminds me of the dual-gauge trackage in Maine where the two-footers met with the "broad gauge", as it was called. With the high and dry landscape, this could almost pass for the now-abandoned Rio Grande narrow gauge in northwest New Mexico, too. I truly admire this photo and thank you for sharing it with us.
