This is beautiful. The only time I was in Thurmond was on the New River Train back in October 1998. My new bride is from Missouri and had never been east of the Indiana line before then. Even though I was born and raised around Huntington, I'd never been near this town till then either! The depot had a very nice display and museum we explored while the train was stopped for a bit. In those days, there was a small general store not too far from where Mr. Wilson took this picture--some of the nicest folks we ever had a chance to meet. All in all, we had a great time then, and B, this is one of the best photos ever. Please keep up the good work!
