That L&N high-side hopper with the yellow stripe holds my attention. I've seen photos of B&O-patched-to-Amtrak E8s before, but I don't think one of those hoppers.

The hopper looks like 32025 which makes it an Ortner 7000 cu/ft woodchip hopper, probably from 1971. L&N owned two series of this type, 31000-31099 and 32000-32111. They were 6-bay hoppers, like most jumbo chip hoppers of that era, but unusual in having a noticeable gap in the centre, between the 3rd and 4th hopper bays, instead of the bays being evenly spaced. Frisco and the Western Maryland owned the type too.
