How likely is it that the 17 vehicles will really be used on the Schwarzgran line? Or to put it another way: How certain is it that their line will be electrified? Do you know anything more about this?

To be honest, I'm skeptical. Electrification is not supposed to take place until 2025. Where will the vehicles stand for that long? After all, it is a rural area, good for a steam railroad, but I hardly see any potential for an electric public transport railroad.
