Thanks for the info on this rare occasion, that being a rather recently built branch to a coal mine. I looked at the area on Google Maps, and this line has another unheard of claim to fame. The 2008 street view from HWY 87 close to the mine has no indication of the overpass, but the later street views include it. Most street view date ranges would include a line that was visible 13 years ago, but is now a bike trail leading to over-priced loft apartments. Bring on more pics.
