Posted by Dale Roth on February 17, 2021  This is somewhat funny. Four guys standing off the tracks holds up a sign. One man on the tracks didn't hold up his sign. So, I take it the four give warning for one man on the ROW. Seems odd. But I am not familiar with this ruling.
