WHAT IS that mine switcher ?? First thought was that it could be an ALCO C-415, but the end louvers and exhaust are wrong for that model.

I was told the switcher is a GE 110 Ton Center cab. Hope this helps!

@Rich Brown, I'm not an expert on it, but I think that is a GE 70 ton.

Could be a GE switcher in the SL-series, based on some of the pictures on the website,"The Diesel Shop" in the "Critter Notebook" section but I don't know for sure. The picture is great and I for one thank you for posting it on this site!
