What a neat location! I looked on Google Maps and the whole tunnel is cut to swing away to the right from the main line, the double-track you see, and then come back to the left to cross the double-track and continue across a long bridge on the Mississippi River. A very unusual tunnel. Thanks Scott! Here's the coordinates 42°29'50.9"N 90°38'49.5"W
