Looks like a 1957 Ford front end mated up to the rear of a '57 Chevy. I can see something like this being made up in say Cuba!

Nice. A GAZ Czajka? Circa 1978?

More accurately the front of a '55 Packard Clipper and tail end of a '57 Studebaker President.

I was thinking it looked like a Packard front mated to a Checker side mated to a 56 Buick rear end

Thanks! Yes, GAZ-13 Csajka. The car type was in production between 1959 and 1981. This specimen became a rail car in 1973.
