My memory is saying that 3802 here was in the 1980s Trains and Model Railroader magazines' "Average American Locomotive". Now, off to search if memory is correct.

Looks good, but those ditch lights and that plow seem out of place as it never had those when it was in service.

As B&O 3802 it may never have had ditch lights, however it ended its revenue career with CSX and ditch lights were required for legal operation.
