There's a similar scenario playing out in East Tulsa. There's a warehouse at the end of a long unused spur that has an old Katy boxcar setting next to a warehouse. It's been used for storage by the warehouse as far as I know. The tracks are still connected to the outside world and I know that car has been there since before 1995. The only thing missing for sure is a knuckle coupler.
