Spacing of turntable deck boards to make a sort of grating is a detail of interest. On the HO scale decked turntables I've seen or bought from several manufacturers they are molded with boards making a gapless deck, which I suppose does make the molds easier to cut and therefore less expensive. But also, none of those model turntables represent this one.
