I am sure the EPA would probably be up in arms. However 1 might want to remember that if this is late 60's or early 70's. Steam had been gone less than 20 years, and 1 has to ponder how much of the black stuff was actually due to coal dust, and the constant lubrication of the steam running gear. Having grown up in Wisconsin an avid rail-fan since childhood in the early 70's I was never fortunate enough to see the Maroon, orange and grey paint scheme. All in all it is a mighty fine picture of some very pristine power.
