Is the line still operational between Vietnam and China?

According to some sources, passenger traffic was stopped in 2005. After that, the route was still used for freight transport. I do not know if this is still the case today. Between 1990 and 2014, a new standard gauge line was built between Kunming and the Vietnamese border near Hekou.
