Shinto, 2102 is under restoration at the Reading & Northern shops on an as-time-permits basis. William and Patrick, The lettering is neither graffiti nor holiday slogan. Borrowing part od my caption for the other photo submitted yesterday for this trip: The bold lettering on the tender pays homage to the bicentennial of the United States Constitution, and reads, “We the People of Reading and Berks County PA celebrate Constitution Day”.
