What is the purpose of the containers in the parking lot ?

@Ringo Clark: In the last months of 2019, there were massive social complaints throughout Chile, and situations of vandalism, looting and destruction occurred. For that reason, in several commercial centers they put containers in the perimeter, to prevent the passage of vandals and looters.
