As i have stated before on this website, this picture is one reason I loved driving my old Mack truck out West. Since I just retired a couple of months ago, I already miss seeing all the sites like the picture above. I have seen the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and each and every one of them is different day to day. I absolutely could not have stood it if I had been in an office job and missed scenes like this day after day. I know that I already miss watching all the Western railroads that you normally don't see in the eastern part of the country. At least, I have the CSX trains to watch on the KD Subdivision behind my house just north of LaFollette, Tennessee.
