In the thumbnail, the livery made me think this was somewhere in Europe.

The big windows on the Southern Pacific's Shasta Daylight cars gave them a very European look. The paint scheme that Sierra Western devised for these cars was based upon Northern Pacific's livery for the North Coast Limited.
