I wonder if anyone ever sat here and waited for a narrow gauge steam locomotive? Wonder if the the gauge would even magically match. Assume that's a re-railer, or a rail to keep a derailed train along the ROW, but why only on the inside track? Perhaps due to the tighter radius?
