they started these 'tourist' trains last year ( 3 during the summer), and it was a huge success, so they decided to run 3 more trains this summer, and they were sold out in a week

Cool to see, I did not know VIA was doing this.
I see that the locomotives are back-to-back, which VIA does not do very often. Did they have to run the power around the train?

The 'Back to back' engines are used only for the special trains to Amos, as there is no 'Wye' there, so they run the locomotives around for the trip back to Senneterre
