This picture is one reason I love driving my old Mack truck out West. I have seen the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and night time scenes like this. Each and every one of them is different day to day. I absolutely could not stand it if I were to be in an office job and miss scenes like this day after day.

Best rail picture taken in decades! Absolutely phenomenal. Great one William.

How did you capture so many stars without the usual time-lapse streak? Or, is this simply a series of photos that are over-layed? Either way, this is a stunning effect. Also, would you know if these signals are approach lit? Thanks.

Simply 'out of this world'!
