Just curious, what do the initials "SMS" stand for? Anyone out there in rail-fan land know?

SMS stands for the last names of original guys who started the railroad. Sutch, McHugh, and Smolski. Jeff Sutch is the only one remaining, and current owner. All three guys came from New Hope & Ivyland

Does this unit still have the original Baldwin/De La Vergne engine or has it been repowered? I love those classic Baldwin lines!

This Baldwin has a 606SC, although I can't guarantee it's her original prime mover. All Baldwins at SMS do have Baldwin prime movers in them though
