Does it mean that FCAB engines travel far within Bolivia if Bolivian engines travel to Mejillones? Posted by masterphots on June 5, 2019  Was due to FCAB locomotive shortage before the new EMD GT46ACs arrived in May 2018. Far as I know, FCAB locos never cross the border into Bolivia.
