Reading about the historic town in the link provided is not going to happen because Facebook isn't going to allow me to see it until I create a Facebook account: no, no, no, and NO.

Sorry to hear the link above requires joining FB. I was able to view the site without logging in, but I am a member already. Click here for an alternate link to Wikipedia. The link gives a nice summary of the Park, but does not get into some of the fascinating detail (and politics) of the first link provided.
