Not only is it rare, it's among the first production C36-7's of 1977, all built by Goninan for Australian service. C36-7's did not appear stateside for a couple of years after they were produced abroad, and even when all production ended in 1985 most C36-7's had been built for overseas use (ie. 400 left-hand drive Chinese units built at Erie).
