Are there plans for this line (good or bad)? Thank you. In the early 70's I went to Ohio University in Athens, OH where this same line went right through the middle of campus on it's way from Cincinnati to Washington, DC. (I had a dorm window right next to the tracks.) Tracks are largely all gone (aside from some fragments) east of Chillcothe, OH to Belpre, OH on through West Virginia.
